Care

The pillow itself is not machine washable because it does not hold smells or bacteria. It is hypoallergenic memory foam. If you order a pillowcase, the pillowcases are fully machine washable and dryer safe. Also, if you order a pillowcase, it will ship on the pillow already.

What's Included with my purchase ?

The outer pillowcase, inner cover and DreamCradle Pillow.

How firm is it ?

Moderate. Firm enough to hold your head and neck where they should be all night, soft enough that it doesn't feel like a block. It's one piece of contoured memory foam rather than loose fill, so it doesn't flatten under your head at 2am and leave you folding it in half for height. OEKO-TEX certified

What size should I choose ?

Large (65 x 40cm, 14.5cm at its highest point) suits most adults, broader shoulders and side sleepers, because wider shoulders need more height to keep the neck level.

Small suits a narrower frame, a smaller bed, or mainly back sleeping.

If you're between the two, choose Large. You can sleep on the lower side of a Large, but you can't add height to a Small.

Can I use it on my side or my back ?

Yes, and it's designed for both. The pillow has two heights: the lower side for back sleeping, the higher side for side sleeping, where the gap between your shoulder and your neck is bigger.

Most people turn it to the higher side for side sleeping and leave it there. If you switch positions during the night, pick the height that suits the position you spend the most time in.

What if I sleep on my stomach ?

If you sleep mostly on your front but want to move away from it, people often start by using the lower side and sleeping on their side instead. If it doesn't suit you, return it within 30 days.

Can I wash it?

Both covers come off and can be washed.

The memory foam insert should never go in the machine. Spot clean it with a damp cloth and let it air dry fully before putting the covers back on.

Will my own pillowcases fit ?

The shaped outer case is included, so you don't need one. If you'd rather use your own, a standard rectangular case will go over it, and a larger size works better because it won't pull against the contours. A case that's too tight flattens the shape you're paying for.

You have 30 days from delivery, to see if this pillow is for you. We're happy for you to use the pillow as long as a cover is on, and if it's not for you the pillow can be returned for a full refund.
